Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Digital products and templates

Because templates and digital products are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final once the content has been unlocked or delivered.

You were charged but the item was not unlocked or delivered within the time stated on the product page.

You were charged twice for the same order.

The product is materially different from its description.

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at our contact page with your order reference (shown on your profile page). We reply within a few working days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in Bangladeshi taka. Your bank or wallet may take several days to show it.
